Service and support
Our response times are fast and our service is second to none. We take great pride in this fact. Only our Rühle technicians install, service or repair our machines. They are always up-to-date with the most advanced developments and software upgrades. Our spare parts are available for every machine that we have ever sold, both old and new.
Training and safety
Training is an important phase in the use of all machinery. Safety first is always our approach and therefore extensive onsite training is provided by our Rühle Engineers during every machine installation and further intensive training can be offered at our production factory in Germany.
Warranty and long-term quality
Body text The confidence in the robustness and reliability of our machines allows us to offer a full 2 year warranty on all our Rühle machinery. We guarantee the functionality of the complete machine with the exception of the expendable parts. This is based on the machines not exceeding 2000 operating hours/month.
